Section 01
Booking & Appointments
- All services require a $25 non-refundable booking fee paid at time of scheduling. This fee is credited toward your final service price.
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Section 02
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 12 or more hours before the scheduled appointment time may reschedule at no additional charge. The $25 booking fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment forfeit the booking fee.
- No-shows forfeit the booking fee and may be subject to a rebooking fee.
- If F.IRE Car Care is unable to provide the scheduled service due to circumstances on our end (including weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events), the customer will be offered the choice of a full refund of the booking fee or a reschedule at no additional charge.
Section 03
Pricing & Final Charges
- Service prices listed are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person vehicle inspection and may vary based on vehicle size, paint condition, and level of contamination.
- Any price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.
- Ceramic coating and paint correction services are quoted on-site during a free consultation.
Section 04
Pick Up & Drop Off Service
- Pick up and drop off service is available within our service area. Fees apply based on distance from 2716 Allegheny Ave, Bexley, OH 43209.
- Bexley (43209): Free · Local Columbus area (~25 min): $25 · Extended distance: $50
- Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
- F.IRE Car Care exercises reasonable care when transporting customer vehicles. Liability for damage occurring during transport is limited to incidents caused by our direct negligence. F.IRE Car Care is not responsible for damage caused by road hazards, weather conditions, or third-party vehicles.
Section 05
Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Customers must disclose any known pre-existing damage, defects, or sensitivities — including aftermarket paint, delicate trim, worn clear coat, prior repairs, or aftermarket modifications — prior to service.
- F.IRE Car Care is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, mechanical defects, or conditions not disclosed by the customer before work begins.
- If a problem is discovered during service that was not disclosed at booking — including paint delamination, prior bodywork, hidden rust, or chemical contamination — F.IRE Car Care reserves the right to pause or stop the service. Any work already completed will be charged at the applicable rate, and a revised quote will be provided before work resumes. We will always contact the customer before proceeding.
- In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence during service, liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Section 06
Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating
- Paint correction results depend on paint condition, depth of defects, and paint hardness. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all scratches or defects.
- Ceramic coating longevity depends on maintenance, washing habits, and environmental exposure. Warranty terms are those of System X and are subject to their conditions.
- Customers must follow our post-service care instructions to maintain coating performance and warranty validity.
Section 07
Payment
- Payment for services is due in full upon completion of work.
- We accept cash, card, and electronic payment methods.
- Returned payments or disputed charges may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.
Section 08
Photography
- F.IRE Car Care may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
Section 09
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio.

Agreement
By booking a service with F.IRE Car Care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
